1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer delivery across Pakistan.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or remote locations.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services for your convenience. Please ensure the correct amount is ready upon the arrival of our courier partner. We may contact you for order verification via phone or WhatsApp before dispatching your parcel.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

NyxCart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim.

Pro Tip: We highly recommend filming an "Unboxing Video" when you first open your parcel. This serves as proof and helps us process your replacement or refund much faster.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Pakistan.
